macOS: Manually adding “Developer” folder to root folder in macOS High Sierra

The “Developer” folder no longer exists in the root folder of macOS High Sierra.

But you can manually add a new folder and name it as“Developer” folder in the root folder. It will automatically have change the logo of the folder.
